SHIPPING POLICY
Unless a product becomes unexpectedly out of stock, all orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. If an item is custom made to order, it will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
The Bath Garden wants you to love your purchase, and we will do our best to ensure you are satisfied. If something is wrong with your item or items or overall experience with us, we ask that you contact us immediately.

We ship all items via the Postal Service, if your order is not received, please contact thebathgarden1@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you. Claims for orders showing as "delivered" but reported as missing or lost by the receiver may only be filed a minimum of 15 days after the delivery date. United States Postal Service does not guarantee a claim will be accepted, and in the event of a claim being rejected, no reimbursement or reshipment will be made to the buyer. If the items are damaged in transit or arrive in poor condition, we will require documentation to submit with a claim. We will need photos of any damage you are claiming to be sent via email to thebathgarden1@gmail.com. No refunds or reshipments can be made without supporting information.

We do not offer replacements if incorrect shipping address is provided to us, or any shipments tracked that are displayed as delivered.

If you are unhappy with any item you have purchased, and would like to make an exchange, please contact thebathgarden1@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of your items. The product must be returned to us with the original packing slip enclosed. Please note the reason for the return and your name, address and contact information.

Exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days from receipt of items.
